The SP-205 Toxic Gas DetectorFor leak detection of toxic gasesThe SP205 Toxic Gas Detector protects against the leaks of semiconductor process gases such as Arsine, Phosphine, Hydrogen, Diborane and Silane.
With its carrying strap, the portable personal leak tester SP-205 can be worn over the shoulder. The unit automatically draws leaking gases thanks to its internal sample drawing pump. If a gas leak is detected, an intermittent tone sounds and a LED lamp flashes. The tone frequency is proportional to the gas concentration. For example, a low gas concentration is signale by a slow beep and a high gas concentration by a faster beep. In noisy areas, an optional earpiece can be used. All versions feature a highly sensitive metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) with a built-in sample drawing pump.
Workers can now be individually protected from potentially dangerous toxic gas leaks. These units are also used at pipe or pump connections.
