FP-30 / FP-40 Portable Gas MonitorPortable Formaldehyde MonitorsThe models FP-30 and FP-40 Portable Gas Monitor are compact, light weight instruments for detection of formaldehyde (HCHO). These highly sensitive portable gas detectors utilize a proprietary paper tape technology that was developed for high sensitivity without interferences from other typical gases that may be present. We call this technique "photoelectric photometry method using a colorimetric detection tab". The disposable tablet contains a chemically impregnated paper disc that discolours in the present of the target gas.
The sample drawing rate is controlled by a microprocessor. Both the FP-30 and FP-40 have a direct readout of measurement value on an LCD display.
