Intrinsically Safe Torch LED 30Small, lightweight and suitable for zone 0The Lite-Ex LED 30 Intrinsically Safe Torch is compact, robust and easy to operate. This LED-Torch has been certified in accordance with ATEX for use in hazardous areas classified as Zone 2,1 and 0 as well as 22 and 21, and can therefore be used in almost any hazardous area, whether the explosion hazard is caused by potentially explosive gases or dust deposits.
This torch comes with a handy wrist strap. Its powerful LED light has an estimated life span of 100,000 hrs. The advantage of an LED is that, unlike ordinary halogen bulbs, it doesn't break easily. The LED 30's operating time is approximately 80 hours. It comes with 3 LED's with reflectors, whose life expectancy is up to 100.000 operating hours. It is very robust thanks to its metal housing.
Its technical data are as follows: The ambient operating temperature is -20°C to +50°C, recommended storage temperature is -20°C to +60°C. The LED 30's typical operating time is 80 hours on its power supply of 3 x LR 1 batteries (to IEC - type approved). The LED 30 weighs approximately 160 grs (including batteries) and its dimensions are 140 x 26 mm (L x ø).
