Intrinsically Safe Calibrators

For use in hazardous areas up to zone 0

If you have a need for Intrinsically Safe Calibrators, then we have something for every purpose and application.

The 707Ex Loop Calibrator is suitable for use in explosion endangered areas. These 707Ex Intrinsically Safe Calibrators are certified for Zones 1 and 2. The 707Ex is an indispensable tool for maintenance engineers in Ex areas. It is easy to use and allows for single-handed operation. Furthermore, it is lightweight and compact.

The new 718-Ex is a powerful pressure calibrator for usage in Explosion endangered areas. It comes with built-in pressure/vacuum hand pump, with vernier and bleed valve.

The 718-Ex comes in two versions, the 30G which has a range of -830 mbar to 2 bar, and the 100G whose range goes up to 7 bar. The resolution is 0,0001 bar and accuracy: 0,05% FS. With an external pressure module of the 700PEx series, this can be extended up to 200 bar (depending on the pressure module).

The new 725Ex Multifunction Process Calibrator is powerful yet easy-to-use. Combined with the new 700PEx Pressure Modules, the 725Ex is able to calibrate almost any process instrument likely to need service in an area where explosive gases may be present.

The 725Ex can measure volts dc, mA, RTDs, thermocouples, frequency and ohms, as well as source or simulate volts dc, mA, RTDs, thermocouples, frequency and ohms.
