The RX-415 Infrared HC-O2 MonitorA combination type portable HC/O2 or CH4/O2 gas detectorThis RX-415 model HC-O2 Monitor has two versions and is a combination type portable HC/O2 or CH4/O2 gas detector with an Infrared (NDIR) type sensor and galvanic cell type sensor.
These sensors provide accurate detection of HC/O2 (HC version) or CH4/O2 (CH4 version) levels even in N2 and other inert environments. The measuring ranges are 0-100%LEL/0-100 vol% for HC or CH4 and 0-25 vol% for )2 respectively with automatic ranging. The RX-415 can measure from higher concentration (vol%) to lower concentration (%LEL) and is able to measure HC/O2, CH4/O2 in N2, inert gas and air with a reliable NDIR method. The detector is Explosion proof, the electrical circuit and pump are intrinsically safe, so that it can be used safely in any environment. The RX-415 measures gas concentrations in tank of LNG and LPG carriers, in crude oil tankers and in inert gas generating system (IGS).
The RX-415 comes with either 4 alkaline batteries or rechargeable NiCads, and can operate continuously for up to 40 hours. It has a built-in sample draw pump and a peak hold function with self diagnosis. Learn more about our HC-O2 Monitor and our other portable gas detectors
